How to register and update OBDSTAR MT203 Gateway Simulator?
STEP 1: Get upgrade software
1.Access to the OBDSTAR official website: https://www.obdstar.com
2.Click Service>> Download>> One Click Upgrade Tool>> Download Center>> One click upgrade tool
3.Download and install the upgrade tool
STEP 2: Register OBDSTAR Upgrade Tool
You need to register for the first time using it.
Open the upgrade tool, and click “Sign up” to enter the new register interface
Select “Register” and input product SN, register password, distributor code, user name, password, email-address, and contacts.
Click “Register” and the registration will be completed soon.
Register instruction:
1.Power on the device
2.Select “Hardware information”, and the S/N and Register password will be shown. S/N is Serial number.
3.Distributor code is different according to the country, but in general, they are 860010A1/860755B1/860755B2, or please contact the suppliers or us.
4.Be sure to input the real e-mail address. If you forget your login name or password, you can click to retrieve your account number and password and enter your e-mail address. The system will reset the password and send you an email.
STEP 3: Log in OBDSTAR Upgrade Tool
Back to the login page, input the username and password you registered
STEP 4: Update software
1.Connect MT203 and the computer via USB cable
2.Input the 12-digit serial number
3.Tick “Format memory card before upgrade”
4.Select the software that needs to be upgraded (CAN driver/gateway);
5.Click “Upgrade (Alt+3)”, then the software upgrade process will be completed.
