Process:
Part 1: Preparation and Software Download
Prepare a WIN7 or WIN10 computer and open the PC browser
Visit https://en.cnlaunch.com/download/
Find “DIY integration upgrade tool” and click “Download” to download the upgrade tool by one-click
Install the update tool on the computer
Part 2: Device Upgrade Process
Remove the SD card from CRT5011E OBD2 Code Reader, and insert it into a card reader
Then insert the card reader into the computer
Open “Creader Series Update”
Select the language
Click “Device Upgrade”
Select all software incl. firmware, TPMS reset database, etc
Click “Download” and wait for the next reading bar to complete
Part 3: Final Upgrade Steps
Unplug the card reader from the computer
Take out the SD card and insert it into the CRT5011E host
Start the machine and read the bar, and wait for the upgrade to complete
Note:
You cannot scan the QR code on the Launch CRT5011E TPMS Tool to update the firmware. Otherwise, it will show “Unknown Error”.
