Launch X431 PRO Elite is the same as X431 PROS Elite. They support the same function. The main difference is that they are from different dealers and PROS Elite is cheaper. Both are comprehensive diagnostic scanners that support 37+ Special Functions, OE-Level All Systems Diagnostics, Bi-directional Control, ECU Online Coding, CANFD & DOIP Protocols, FCA AutoAuth, Key Programming, and VAG Guided function, etc. There are two ways to check the special function on X431 PRO (PROS) Elite tablet. Check the details below.
Method 1: Manual Selection
Select [Local Diagnose] on the main menu
Manually select the specific car brand (i.e. VW)
Select [Special Functions] to see a list of available special functions.
Select [System Selection] to see other available functions.
Method 2: Service Function Menu
Select [Service Function] on the main menu
Then you can see all the special functions supported.
