VW AQ600 (09S) R7F701204 ECU can be cloned by Launch X431 ECU & TCU Programmer on bench without any issue.
Operation guide:
Step 1: Back Up Original VW AQ600 Data
1.Connect X431 ECU Programmer and computer
2.Open X-431 ECU &TCU Programmer software
Input “09s” to select Volkswagen (VW) AISIN AQ600 (09S)_ R7F701204
3.Select “BENCH” connection type
4.Check the direct connection of diagram
- 10-GND (black)
- 8-IGN2 (red)
- VCC (red)
- 5-IGN1 (red)
- 6-CANL (blue)
- 9-CAN H (yellow)
5.Connect X-431 ECU Programmer and the original VW AQ600 ECU properly according to the wiring diagram
6.Read ECU Info.
7.Read and save EEPROM data
8.Read and save Flash data
9.Disconnect
Step 2: Back Up New VW AQ600 ECU Data
Connect new VW AQ600 ECU and X431 ECU&TCU Programmer correctly
Then read ECU info, read and save EEPROM and Flash data as well
Step 3: Write Original ECU Data to New One
Select the original VW AQ600 ECU EEPROM and FLASH data separately and write into the new ECU accordingly
Finally disconnect ECU
Done!
