Problem:
I have a Launch X431 Pro Elite with Motorcycle Diagnostic Connector kit.
The vehicle’s diagnostic functions work fine, but the motorcycle kit itself cannot be activated.
When I enter the activation code, the device indicates an error.
Does this mean the motorcycle kit failed to activate?
Solution:
Go to Mall in your X431 PRO Elite to activate
Select Software Store>> Other Software Packages>> Motor Bike Package >> Subscription Renewal Card Pay
or Select Software Store>> Motorcycle>> Subscription Renewal Card Pay
Confirm your order details and choose Subscription Renewal Card Pay.
Type in your 24-digit card PIN code and submit.
The system processes the payment automatically.
Once completed, the order status changes to Paid.
Return to the main screen, go to Software Update, select all motorcycle software packages, and tap update.
Keep the device connected until the installation finishes.
