Question:
Autel can add new key to Volkswagen instrument cluster (e.g., 2013 VW Jetta flip key) via pogo pin and plug-in, no need read from the chip. Can Launch X431 IMMO Plus/IMMO Elite support it as well?

Yes, Launch X431 IMMO Plus/Elite comes with pogo cable.
Use the pogo cable to connect the 3 yellow ports of X-Prog3 (DB26 connector)
Check the connection images carefully

The pogo cable correctly connects to the X431 X-Prog3 yellow port.
By holding the probe on the boot point while powering the cluster, the device enters service mode, allowing immo data retrieval.
After reading the data, the key was learned correctly with the ignition on using the “Dealer Key” function.

Use caution when working with pogo pins. Incorrect contact may corrupt the cluster data or affect other functions such as the clock. Always double‐check pinpoints and follow reliable guides.
