Problem:
One customer purchased the update service to update Launch X431 IMMO Elite to IMMO Plus. But the system appeared “X-431 IMMO Pro keeps stopping” during the upgrade.

Clear the cache in Settings and update again.

What is the difference between Launch X431 IMMO Plus and X431 IMMO Elite?
Main differences: IMMO Plus supports ECU coding, active test, and guided function, while IMMO Elite does not support them.
