A customer has reported an issue while updating the key programmer firmware on Launch X431 PAD V Elite. Despite X431 key programmer being connected to Pad5 and showing a flashing blue light, the update failed with the error: “Device not responding, please try again”.

Please connect X-431 Key Programmer and PAD V again, make sure they are connected well
