To unlock FCA SGW (security gateway) with Launch X431 tool, users in the US, Canada, and Mexico can log in to Autoauth to operate directly. But for users in Europe and other regions, all need to buy FCA SGW license in the Mall. Follow the guide below to purchase.
1.For European users:
Need to buy SGW Function License (European region only)
Software package includes:
- FCA & Maserati gateway license (1 year)
- Mercedes-Benz gateway license (1 year)
The license will unlock gateway on Mercedes models produced after 2020.
- Renault & Dacia (reduced from the original 50 connections to 20 connections)
- VAG license (1 year)- newly added
*Need to renew license after it expires.

2.For Non-European/Non- American (US/Canada/Mexico) Users:

- VAG license (1 year)- newly added
*Need to renew the license after the expiration. The Mercedes-Benz gateway license cannot be activated for the Non-European users.

Kindly notice:
The region is based on the IP address. There is no US option for European FCA SGW users. There is no Europe and Other options for North American FCA SGW users.
