In this post, you’ll learn how to reset the transmission adaptive pressure on a 2021 GM Chevrolet Suburban using Launch X431 diagnostic tool. It deletes overtemperature logs and helps bring the transmission system back to normal surveillance.
Function Description:
This function should be performed after replacing the transmission pressure sensor, or if the vehicle exhibits issues like harsh shifting, delayed engagement, or jarring during gear changes.

Read VIN automatically
Turn Ignition ON
- Turn The Key To On Position.
- For Push-Start Vehicle, Please Long Press The Start Button For 5-10s To Turn Ignition On
Confirm vehicle info after identification
Select TCM-> Special Functions-> Transmission Adaptive Pressure Reset
Before operation, the commanded state is “None”
Click “Reset”, then the status will be changed to “Reset”
