How to check when your Launch X431 tablet will expires?
i.e: Launch X431 V+ 5.0 (PRO3)
1.Connect internet on your device
2.Open the Launch X431 application and click “Login” in the upper right corner.
If you can’t see the login button, it means you’ve already logged in on the app.
3.Input your available account username and password
Click “LOGIN”
4.Select “User Info” on the main menu
5.Select Profile>> Upgrade Period
6.Find “Free upgrade due date”, and you can see the expiration date of your X431 tool
For example: the subscription expiration date of this device is December 15, 2022.
How to update Launch X431 software subscription if it expires?
If your X431 software subscription expires, when you update software, you will get the prompt
“Your subscription has expired. You cannot download a new version of the software at this time…”
You need to purchase a Launch Subscription Renewal Card to extend your warranty coverage and your software support for an additional one or two years.
After placing your order, please provide us with the serial number of your launch x431 device.
We will open the software update authorization for you directly or send the Subscription Renewal Card with Card Number and Password to you by email, and you need to activate it on your device.
Launch Subscription Renewal Card Activation Guide:

Run Lanuch APP on your X431 tablet
Select Software Update>> Renewals
Select Use renewal card>> Renew standard software configuration
Press “Confirm”
Input 24-digit activation code on the renew card
Then the software subscription is activated successfully.
