Issue:
When using Launch CRP123X on a 2003 Citroën C3 Pluriel, the device failed to automatically read vehicle data and live data. Manual input of vehicle information was required.
How to Fix It:
Simply unplug the OBD cable, power on CRP123X device, and then plug the cable back in.
