Problem:
When I used Launch X431 tool for my 2021 Mercedes W213, the system appeared “This function is not activated”.
Solution:
Mercedes-Benz gateway license (1 year) is required.
Mercedes-Benz gateway access cannot be purchased individually. It is only available as part of “European SGW Function License” package ($1,151) in the Launch Mall.
Note: This license cannot be activated on devices registered to non-European users.

- X431 PRO series: X431 Pro5, PRO3S+ Elite, PRO3 V+ Elite, etc
- X431 PAD series: PAD V, PAD VII
