LAUNCH X431 CRP919EBT/CRP919XBT allows you to submit online feedback of your diagnostic problems to LAUNCH for analysis and troubleshooting. You can submit the detailed failure description and the related error screenshot to get valuable solutions.
For example:
Intelligently diagnose 2021 SGM and appear “N616 Download failed” problem
First, tap the “Image” icon on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, then it will take a screenshot quickly, save it.
Then tap the “Back” button to end the diagnostic session and remove the VCI from the vehicle
After that, navigate to “Feedback” on the main menu to submit the diagnostic feedback as follows:
- Read the note and click “OK” to continue
- Select the related car model (e.g. SGM)
- Click “Choose file” to select the corresponding SGM diagnostic file
- Choose the feedback problem type (e.g. Consult or error)
- Write the detailed description of the problem
- Input your phone or email
- Select the problem screenshot
- Click “SUBMIT RESULT”
You will see “The diagnostic log is successfully uploaded” note on the screen.
You can check the log status after one week by clicking each log on the “History” page. The color change indicates the status changes.
