Problem:
I want to clone the ECU from a Bosch MD1CS003 ECU (0 281 039 556) on a 2025 Opel Corsa F 1.5 HDi using Launch X431 PRO5 and X-Prog5, but it cannot read the data.
Here is the solution:
You need to use X431 XPROG5 (G5) Programmer with ECU Clone software on a Windows PC, RH850 Adapter is required.
Follow the steps below to operate:
1.Update PC ECU software to V10.70 or newer.
2.Select menu path: MG1CS031 H80 (Locked).
3.Connect the RH850 adapter and ECU following the displayed wiring diagram.
4.Perform read/write functions via the XPROG5 PC software interface.
