LAUNCH has released major software updates for its IMMO diagnostic platforms and X431 X-PROG5 (PROG5/G5) key programmer. This release adds OBD key programming, boot-mode ECU cloning, and BCM chip reading across multiple vehicle brands.
1. IMMO Software Updates
Renault (V10.61):
- One-click key programming support for all covered models.
- Online gateway unlock for Renault Captur II and 15 additional models (2020 onwards).
- OBD All-Keys-Lost (AKL) function added for Captur II, Kwid (2022 onwards), and over 28 related models.
Mercedes-Benz (V10.70):
- Added one-click key programming for all Mercedes-Benz models up to 2014.

How to Update IMMO Software
1.For Launch X431 IMMO Plus/IMMO Elite:
Just connect the device to Wi-Fi, open the Software Update center on the main home screen, and download the latest IMMO software to activate these new features.
2.For X431 PAD series/X431 PRO series/CRP919 BT series tablet with XPROG3:
Such as X431 PAD V, PAD VII, PRO5, PRO3 APEX, PROS Elite, PRO Elite, CRP919EBT/XBT…
Ensure you have available one year or two years Launch X431 IMMO Software Activation for the supported X431 tablet, so that you can download the latest IMMO software.
If you don’t have IMMO software license, click here to buy and activate the related IMMO license, then update IMMO software using [Software Update] function.
How to Update Launch XPROG5 ECU Clone Software
Download the latest X431 ECU Clone Software here or visit https://en.cnlaunch.com/products-detail/i-243.html#pro_download to download the software pack depending on which language you desire.
After installation, run ECU Clone software to perform [Firmware Upgrade] process.
