Customer problem:
I recently purchased the Launch Creader Elite V2.0 BBA from you, and it has recently stopped functioning properly. When I try to access the “Mall” option, it displays a message saying, “Warning! Code2, invalid token.” Additionally, when I attempt to enter the “Upgrade” section, it shows, “Network failure, please verify your internet connection and device time before proceeding.” This message appears regardless of which Wi-Fi network I connect to. Could you please advise me on what the issue might be?

Find the Cache and then clear the cache.
