Click “Login/Register” to register an account
Log in with the available account, and select ‘ACCESS TO OFFERS’.
Select “Buy Tokens”, “Buy Software Modules” and “Buy Physical Token”
After that, click “Unlock gateway procedure”

Install the Renault gateway unlocking module software on the PC
Insert the USB token
Connect the Smartlink connector to the vehicle and PC
Open the unlock software and follow the on-screen instructions to operate until the unlocking is completed.
