Launch X431 PRO5 “Failed to connect the anti-theft matching adaptor” Solution

Problem:

I used Launch X431 PRO5 with X-Prog3 to do anti-theft key mathcing, Xprog3 key programmer appeared red indicator,and the device prompted “Failed to connect the anti-theft matching adaptor” after I seletced “Power On”.

Solution:

Please send back the device for repair.
